Goreng daging sapi hingga kuning kecokelatan. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Tumis bawang putih, jahe, daun salam, serai, dan daun jeruk hingga harum.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan kecap manis dan garam. Aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan daging sapi yang sudah digoreng ke dalam tumisan bumbu.
